ShockWatch RFID

SAS provides ShockWatch® RFID, which are passive RFID tags designed to track assets and monitor potential impacts during transit or handling. By affixing the ShockWatch RFID tag to items and choosing the appropriate impact threshold, the condition of the package or asset is automatically entered into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software or warehouse management system when remotely scanned by an RFID reader. This technology eliminates the need to visually check the indicator, as the impact information is seamlessly integrated into the system.
