This project included multi-modal transport, lashing & securing as well as loading/unloading operations across landing crafts and port vessels. Solution: The project required meticulous planning and timely execution to avoid any demurrages for the vessels and equipment involved. The complexity of the project stemmed from the timely services required for loading/unloading of the skid on to a landing craft and finally to a vessel for onward transportation to Korea. Results: Successful On-Time Delivery: SAS completed the project within the designated timeframe, preventing any delays and demurrages sin the voyage and ensuring the skid’s timely departure from the load port.
